Dr. Baer's Talk on Educational Technology

This talk requires Real Media Player.  On the Windows platform it should run well on both IE and Netscape Navigator.  Because it is broadcast at 100 kBs, it should be viewed from the local area network.   My experience is that AppleTalk (and/or Mac Video I/O) adds signifigant overhead and deteriorates performance on that platform
